Directions

By car:
On the A6 motorway, take junction 11 to Lelystad Noord.
Turn right onto the N302 towards Batavia Stad.
Stay on this road for approximately 7.5 km until you reach a roundabout in front of Batavia Stad.
There are two options at this roundabout:

• Follow the signs to Batavia Stad and park in P4 for Batavia Yard. If you look towards the water, you can already see the Batavia!
• Follow the road to Lelystad/Batavia Haven and at the next roundabout 400 metres further on turn right towards Batavia Haven. Drive straight on at the small roundabout and park in the VOC garage.

We advise you to park in the VOC garage when visiting Batavia Yard because it is closest to the shipyard.

Parking in Batavia Stad P4:
Parking in and around Batavia Stad is paid. The car park is owned by Lelystad Municipal Council, which has set the parking rate at €2.50 for the first 4 hours and €1 for every hour thereafter. You can pay when you leave at one of the ten ticket machines. Payment can be made using your PIN card, chip card, credit card or cash (max. €10 note)

Public transport
Connexxion bus F goes from Lelystad train station to Batavia Stad and Batavia Yard every 15 minutes between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. every day. The line F (‘Batavia Stad') stop is on the city centre side of the station. The journey takes approximately 6 minutes.
